Most waited Dialog WiMax is now available.

Dialog has launched the WiMAX solutions under “BroardNet” brand name. You can now get WiMAX installed by contacting Dialog Broadband. I don’t know why they are not advertising it as their other products. The products are currently under testing, but following packages are available.

Whats option 1 and option 2? are there download caps?

There is a startup fee + monthly payment for Option 1 but for the option 2 it’s only a fixed monthly payment. Other than that the packages are same and they don’t have any quotas for the packages. I have attached a presentation from dialog in the next post and it has all the details.
I got to know that they are not issuing new lines to retail customers from my friend who tried to get a connection to his home. Pls call and check the details first before you decide as they have not officially launched the WiMax products. Contact details are in the presentation.

i am useing this connection in batticaloa. i got speed one connec tion but my download speed is 800Kb/sec in the day time
900kb/sec in night time. i am fully happy with dialog broad band
this is the fist time broad band in east and SLT adsl hasnt come yet.
they are still working on it.
